What I wish I knew when I started my body transformation Part 1
Hey guys we are coming up to my 3 year anniversary since starting my body transformation journey and it has got me pondering what I have learned over this time and what I wish I could tell myself as I was starting (not that I would have listened as I can be a right stubborn bugger sometimes!).
